Beach Run - Summer Fun Run Series

We're meeting at Science World. Wear something for the beach, we'll go for a jog on the Seawall and end at Sunset Beach. We'll have a variety of pace groups, so no one gets left behind. There will be a car to load your belongs into and they'll be driven to the end. 

The jog will be an easy 30 min jog - 3-5K depending on your pace

Bag Drop

We'll also have someone driving from the start to the finish, so that your bag and bevvies will be there at the end.

Beach Theme

I always like to google for costume ideas. I would search for "Beach costumes" or "DIY Beach Costumes" but see what else you could can come up with. You can always do a swimsuit, but think about those accessories like a floatie, goggles, water wings, etc.

Need ideas for where to find a costume:

• Amy's on Davie is a dollar store that has some great bright accessories.
• Dressew in Gastown is great (they also have a much larger selection online)
• Value Village is another great spot to look
• Online Stores work too.
• Any other Dollarstore should have something to brighten your attire.
• Get creative, you don't need to blow the bank to have a great costume

• 7:00 - Finish Run and hang at the beach
