Beats Run Interval Training
Beats Run Interval Training is speed work that alternatives between a faster pace (60-120 seconds) for a set duration and a slower recovery pace (90-210 seconds). We continue these sets for 6-8 times.

About the Event
We listen to the same upbeat workout music which has audio overlay to guide you through the workout and motivate you through the workout. This is similar to a spin class, where you have music and someone to guide you through except this is outdoors and running.
We do the workout in a 400m loop course so everyone can stay together but choose their own effort level or speeds. Because of the technology we can safely space out while still seeing the people we're running with.

Make sure you bring run gear, a charged smart phone and a headset.
All participants mush be a member of Social Run Club and register for the event they wish to attend.
***There is also an easy jog option if you just want to use the Thursday night run as a commitment to get you out of the house
New attendees should come 5 mins early and chat with the run leader to explain run intervals.
