About the Event

Let's go jump in the ocean. We have a couple of members that are regularly jumping into the ocean and even staying there for 5-10mins. So we're going to try it as a group. 

Come and do as much or as little as you'd like. Then we'll head up to the Vancouver Aquatic Center (VAC) for the sauna and hot tub (see pricing on their website here). 

After we'll head for brunch. There's a $5 (free for Premium Members) donation to SRC for brunch as the group is getting large and it's hard to get reservations on Sunday midday so I need to know who's actually going to show up. 

Agenda:

  • 10:00am - Arrive at Sunset Beach
  • 10:15am - Cold Plunge
  • 10:30am - Head to the VAC
  • 11:30am - Brunch

  • Everyone is responsible for paying for entrance into the VAC
