About the Event
We're meeting at David Lam Park. Wear something that is Neon and we'll go for a jog on the Seawall and then back to David Lam Park. We'll have a variety of pace groups, so no one gets left behind. Then we'll hang out in the Park and enjoy the evening
The jog will be an easy 30 min jog, we'll separate into pace groups.
We'll also have someone at the start/finish so you can leave your bag and bevvies there

- 6:15 - Show up at the Start
- 6:25 - Announcements + Icebreakers
- 6:30 - Start the Run
- 7:00 - Finish Run and hang in the park
