Neon Run - Summer Fun Run Series

We're meeting at David Lam Park. Wear something that is Neon and we'll go for a jog on the Seawall and then back to David Lam Park. We'll have a variety of pace groups, so no one gets left behind. Then we'll hang out in the Park and enjoy the evening

The jog will be an easy 30 min jog, we'll separate into pace groups.

We'll also have someone at the start/finish so you can leave your bag and bevvies there

Don't have Neon? You can buy an SRC Neon shirt in our store. Neon isn't required but strongly encouraged. Check out our Neon Run for ideas

• 6:25 - Announcements + Icebreakers
• 6:30 - Start the Run
• 7:00 - Finish Run and hang in the park
