About the Event
Let's go to Jericho beach and do some paddleboarding. Windsure Adventure Watersports is donating ~$12/rental to SRC, so let's go have some fun and paddleboard. All levels are welcome. Â
We'll get to be out on the water, standing on a surfboard, and paddling along the shore with the mountains as your backdrop. Paddleboarding in a group is great fun and make it's a lot more fun when you fall in the water. Trust me, I've been there :P
Agenda
- 9:30am - Show up at Windsure
- 9:45am - Start Paddleboarding
- 10:45am - Bring in the boards and hang at the beach
Pricing
This is a fundraising event for SRC. There is a ton of time and energy that goes into the club (Social Media, Organization, Whatsapp, Partnerships, Coordinating Volunteers), not to mention the fixed costs for the website, hosting, software, etc. This is the regular price for their rental, but ~$12/rental is going towards SRC, so try some paddleboarding and have raise some money for SRC.

- $0 - If you have a paddleboard, it's free, but invite along your friends who have always wanted to try it

Windsure Adventure Watersports
Windsure is a family-run watersports business, located at beautiful Jericho Beach in West Point Grey, Vancouver. Today, they work to share their love of five quintessential Vancouver watersports: Windsurfing, Wing Surfing, Wing Foiling, Stand-Up Paddleboarding, and Skimboarding.
Regardless of experience, age, ability, or comfort-level, Windsure has a program designed for anyone looking to get out on the water. Offering everything from beginner and intermediate lessons to equipment rentals to youth summer camps, the team at Windsure is dedicated to creating an experience for as many watersport-seekers as possible!
