About the Event
Come out, move, connect and have some fun!
This is how it'll work:
- Start at SPINCO Vancouver for Spin class,
- 5K run with Social Run Club,
- BBQ in Concord Community Park (Google Map Link) (Changed from CRAB Park due to conflict)
There are going to be two waves:
- 9am
- 10:15am
The BBQ will have snacks, bevvies and goodies from some of our fave businesses:
- Wholly Veggie,
- Plenty Hard Kombucha,
- Habibis Hummus,
- Healthy Hippo Candy,
- KITS Eyecare,
- Body Energy Club and more.
