SRC Holiday Party

Due to the limited capacity and high demand for this event, we will be doing a random draw for the General admission for the Holiday Party ($25*+taxes).

Premium and Regular Supporters

• Please get the random draw and you will automatically get selected to purchase a ticket as a thank you for their support. 

• Premium Supporters get $10 off the event

• New Premium or Regular Supporter signs-up unfortunately do not guarantee you access to the event due to the limited capacity

Here is how the random draw will work:

• Get a random draw ticket (one per person, each individual must apply for their own ticket)

• The random draw will be closed Wed Nov 19th (11:59 pm)

• The draw will happen on Thurs Nov 20th

• If you input your name multiple times or disregard community guidelines, we reserve the right to remove you from the random draw

• The people that are randomly selected and the Premium and Regular Supporters will be sent a code to get access to pay for their tickets ($25*+taxes)

It's Winter Holiday Time, so let's get together and have some fun without run clothes. 

We'll head to a member's (Magda - thank you 😊) amentity room. Bring your own booze and we'll have some snacks for everyone. 

There are a couple of rules for the venue:

1. Max capacity is 50 people

2. We must return the space the way we received it

   
   

Dress Code - Nicer than run clothes, it doesn't need to be a suit and formal dress (although thats an option), we just want to get together and wear something nicer.

Tickets include:

• Food - Snacks

• Booze - 1 canned cocktail but bring your own drinks if you need more

• An Epic Party with great people!

After Party - After the party we'll head out after in Yaletown for some dancing. I'm looking into getting a guestlist.
