SRC SeaWheeze Half and 10K Run + Brunch

This Sunday (Sept 26th) we're going to run/jog the lululemon SeaWheeze Virtual half and 10K run.

We're going to start together but because we have a variety of paces, we'll seperate pretty quickly.

Schedule:

• 7:55am - Halfers meet at David Lam Park

• 8am - Halfers start running

• 8:55am - 10Kers meet at David Lam Park

• 9am - 10Kers start running

• 10-10:30am - Finish the SeaWheeze Virtual Half or 10K Race

• 10:30am - Enjoy Brunch at Tap and Barrel Olympic Village

Course

The course starts at David Lam Park then continues along the seawall around Science World and ends after 5K. Then runners turn around and jog back toward David Lam Park.

Because we can't stick together I figured it would be fun to do a shorter course in which we could pass each other and cheer each other on.

This is a virtual race, so sticking exactly to the course doesn't matter, what matters is that you get 21.1K or 10K on your run tracker. I usually go extra because sometimes when they upload the distance gets changed... Its the worst, so don't let it happen.
