St. Patty's Social Run

Similar to our regular run, except that we'll be dressing in Green or St. Patty's Day theme. Come out and enjoy a fun run. Depending on the Covid restristions and weather, we may go for a beer after.

This is an easy social run. Its meant for runners of all levels. We run for 30 mins and generally do around 4-5K. Due to Covid - 19 we keep our distance and limit group sizes. This is not an intense workout.
