Van Run Club - 5K Time Trial

Come out for Van Run Clubs first 5K Time Trial. We have a 5K course picked out and this is your chance to see what your time is. It's a great way to see where you're at and in 3-months from now we'll do another one to help you track your process.

Because this is a free event, there aren't any bibs or timing chips. We'll be doing it old fashioned with a stop watch, but this is your chance to push a little harder to see what your time is.

Depending on Covid guidelines we may go for a brunch after to celebrate the hardwork. 

Due to Covid - 19 we keep our distance and limit group sizes and restrict your workout intensity.
