Come out for Van Run Clubs 5K Time Trial. We have a 5K course picked out and this is your chance to see what your time is. It's a great way to see where you're at and in 3-months from now we'll do another one to help you track your process.

About the Event
Come out for Van Run Clubs 2nd 5K Time Trial. We have a 5K course picked out and this is your chance to see what your time is. It's a great way to see where you're at and in 3-months from now we'll do another one to help you track your process.
Because this is a free event, there aren't any bibs or timing chips. We'll be doing it old fashioned with a stop watch, but this is your chance to push a little harder to see what your time is.
After the 5K Time Trial we're going to Sea House Restaurant for Brunch. We're aiming to be there for 9:45-10am. Van Run Club members get 25% off for this event* (some restrictions apply). This is their menu.
