Vancouver Half Cheer Squad and Brunch

We have a bunch of members that are running the Vancouver half marathon. So let's go and cheer them on! It's going to be a blast. 

If you're running, your friends and family are more than welcome to join us.

Cheer Squad Theme:

We're going to stick with the Neon Theme for cheer squads this year. So everyone is encouraged to dress in Neon (it's not required). Neon will also help us stand out to our runners  and probably make them chuckle.

Cheer Squad Location:

This time, we'll only have one spot to cheer on. Its on the corner of Cornwall St and Trafalgar. It's roughly the 19.5K mark, so they have about 1.6K left to go and it's at the top of a little hill, so they'll need the cheers. 

On the day of, I will create a cheering whatsapp chat, so we can all coordinate.

Vancouver Half Marathon Course

Here is a schedule:

7:30am - Half Race Starts

8:15am - Be at Half Marathon Cheer Spot

8:25am - First runner coming through

9:45am - Head to the Finish

10:45am - Head to Brunch at Romer's Burgers

11:00am - Brunch at Romer's Burgers

We currently have 20 spots for Brunch, we may be able to expand it but we need to know who's coming.
